Christa Shepherd graduated from Denver Seminary in 2019 with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and in 2022 she became a licensed professional counselor. Christa has always desired to walk alongside others in their healing journeys. Early in her career, she provided counseling services in inpatient mental health and addiction facilities, as well as to college students at Colorado Christian University. Christa specializes in therapy for adults and couples, especially those who are encountering phase of life changes, relationship challenges, identity and values concerns, and issues relating to anxiety and depression. Christa strives to approach all her clients with gentleness, warmth, curiosity, and humor. She believes in honoring the unique strengths and needs of each client, and is happy to get creative to find the most therapeutic approach.

My self pay rate for couples and individuals is $150/60 minutes or $125/45 mins
